The house is just under 2,000 sqft, 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 full baths. Has a 6 seat dining table, and grill with propane provided. There is a 2 level boat dock with table and chairs and 2 layout chairs. The fishing is great and so is the lake.

There are TVs in the living room and in every bedroom, each with connected Apple TVs. The fireplace puts out a lot of heat and there is always plenty of dry oak wood stacked outside for you used.

- Pet friendly. The property has a fenced in backyard perfect for dogs - Property boundary - please keep of neighbors’s yards. Each house’s property goes all the way to the lake, so please don’t walk off our property line onto a neighbors property. - Quiet hours - 10pm / 7am. Many residents live here year round so please be considerate - Dock usage - no diving off the dock. The water is too shallow and the dock too high
